Free soft mature content channel Babylon Blue has been stripped of its licence after failing to pay a £10,000 fine. The hot bird channel went off air in March this year, after it was fined for breaking ITC rules with a steamy film, The Black Tie Affair.

Taken from this months what satellite TV.
