bad freeze on newcs server

hello to all i have bad freeze on my newcs1.67+CCcam2.12 server using sky white card in internal reader using a db600pvr.i have installed newcs xml and edited were i think appropriate.But still get freeze when my friends and family are connected all the time.If no one is connected my card not freeze,and i can view my card all channels ok.if there is skilful member who can help i am happy to post my newcs xml if it is within forum rules.and see were i have gone wrong.please help and regards.
