I’m not bragging or showing off or anything, but 37090.9Kbps and 4545.5 K bytes / sec isn’t all that bad is it?

The part of JaNet I connect to is called FaTNet (rather appropriately I thought)

The thrill of seeing Linux downloading at over 900kbytes/sec (on my own PC) doesn’t wear off as quickly as you would think.

Also comes in handy for P2P...

Out of interest what’s your ISP and what’s their rated speed of your connection?

LOL Dave, can't you get a cable modem service there?

@ Zansi, what service do you have, that would appear to be a four megabit service.

Best go for the 1/2 meg version then Dave, having said that its probably everyone tapping off the cable feed that is upsetting the speed. ;)
