BBC 1-2-3 AND ITV Channels...please

Good morning all...excuseme for my bad english, first of all...my question is: is it possible to see BBC 1-2 AND ITV at 28,2 est in Italy? J'have a not strong signal during the day until 08.30 p.m and then there's not signal.
J live in North East of Italy (near Venice) and j have a 100 cm dish and a dec edision 2120.

if you look at the 2 psts below yours at the moment, you can se a 1m dish is to smal, thy are having varying results with 3.1m / 3.7 m dishes!

I would have thought that a quality 1.8m dish would pull in Astra 2D, as Venice is in the North of Italy, there are reports from Bologna which is slightly to the South and West of Venice, of a 1.2m dish pulling in some channels and a 1.6m dish pulling in all channels.
