and this will be granted on the 11/4/2006.
test transitions will start around the 10th of may 2006 and service should be up and running by the 15th may 2006.
we will also offer the service to the Falkland islands, The BBC will stop transmitting there feed to the island and have agreed for us to broadcast the service.
For those who have been sceptical. you are now freely able to call the DTI or BBC to confirm or deny this. Or you can wait until the 10th may 2006 when test transmissions will start.
