I live in Spain, where no licence is required. Let BBC " Let loose the dogs of war upon us " EU regs state that if it can be seen, no problem!

Well, one thing is for certain: The BBC remains the envy of the Broadcasting World.

For around £3 per month there's plenty to suit all tastes.

And there are lots of people happy to shell out £60 plus per month for "Sky", not realising that most of the Channels they actually watch are free to air!
