The illustration on the linked site is of a Pace BSKYB2200 which is of course a Sky digibox, it would appear that someone at the BBC does not know the difference between terrestrial and satellite equipment!

LOL, didn't even look at the picture Zansi, I think its more the case that the BBC press department doesn't know the difference though. :)
