i'm a big bike racing fan
and speed channel does not cut it in the way of moto gp or ama
most of the action is in the uk and beyond
now please excuse my ignorance but is there anyway i can capture birds from the uk, i live in the southern most part of canada
if anyone has any advice i would greatly appreciate it
the bbc seems to be full of moto sport events right to the famed isle of man race
thanks again for any help
i would like to capture with my viewsat lite fta system

No, unfortunately you cannot capture any satellite transmitting the UK terrestrial channels, you may also be disappointed in the BBC's sport coverage, it is a shadow of its former self.

Is it possible to get any of the European sats that broadcast Eurosport in Canada?
They are showing most of the MotoGP live again this season. World Superbikes seems to be mainly highlights programmes though.

He's well over the horizon in Canada and can't physically 'see' the European satellites. Even if he could, the transmitted beams are going nowhere near him unfortunately.

Oh well, just a thought.
I'm suprised there isn't better coverage on some of the US sats though.

You may be able to pick up the odd bit of racing here channelchooser.com and you can stream any channel from the Sky package (paid by the two hour slot) at broadbandcb.com/book.htm

Looks like you're stuck with Speedvision for WSB in Canada
