Technomate1500ci 80cm motorised dish from 7W-30e Dragon Cam

Please can anyone advise me whether it is possible to put biss keys (to open TV8 42e) into the dragon cam, and if it is possible what the possible solution is.

Is there anyway of getting biss keys for tv8 either on to my receiver or as a file onto a smartcard
