Can anyone help me in service providers and size of dish required for W3 sat

Assuming you mean W3A at 7E, there are only 2 providers active,

Websat on the Europe A beam h**p://www.web-sat.com/
Sky logic on the Africa beam (out of range)

Cyprus appears to be in the 46dBW countour for the Euro A beam

so 80cm should be enough, although take local advice.

W3 itself at 21E (& renamed to W6) is not carrying any internet services at this time.
