SES Demo Channel & Neo Tv are still here but need 9.5dB or higher for good solid lock.

.... and showing the same picture this morning as well, must be a reason for it.
I'll keep an eye on it.

That's usual for the Univision Feeds, they stop the TX and let it as it is until the next TX (it was already like this @ 43°W
(not sure if this sentence is perfect...)

Yes, it still an unlocked frequency (parameters found with CS in BS) , maybe PLS, maybe other typen of modulation, it was a DATA frequency in DVBS2 some months ago.
