C/Ku band LNBF

Hi,
I am planning to buy a C/Ku band LNBF (Pacific DP530)for my satellite system. My installer told me that it doesn't work properly.They said that you won't get a accurate KU- Band signal when you shift from one satellite to another.
I have a 6 ft solid dish with a super jack.
I live in Bintulu about 4 degrees north of the equator.

Can you guys help?

Can't imagine what he's referring to. Didn't you ask him?
Perhaps he's worried about the skew? No idea.
You should ask him what the problem is and what he proposes as an alternative.
