can Dish Tv of india be used in UK or USa

My Satellite Setup

My Location
USA
If we can import the receiver and the dish. would it be possible to get satellite signal from USA...

of course the concern is india and USA , both are on opposite side of the globe.

typically the satellite beeming the signals or the dish has to aim directly over the country.

BUT BUT... if some one has tried this in other than india then.. then this is the chepaest thing in usa as i pay 50 $ for 5 channels / month...

90 cm Ku dish towards NSS 6, 5 feet C-band dish towards Asia 3S

no chance to get dishtv in USA (100%).
first thing the elevation for NSS5 in USA is below horizon.
second thing the beam of NSS6 on india only.
