Can I connect My MOBILE to PC for INTERNET

Hi Friends!
Can I connect My MOBILE Phone to Personel Computer for INTERNET surfing. What equipments or accessories i require.Internet cards of service provider will be needed.I live in remote area where fixed telephone line is not available.Please guide me.

Yes wattoo you can use a mobile phone to connect your pc to the internet. You need to tell us what type of phone you have and whether it has a modem built into it.
My siemens mobile has a modem built in so I use a usb to serial cable to connect the pc to the phone. You need an ISP and software to drive the usb to serial cable and your surfin'.

I dont know this model perhaps someone with the same mobile will reply. If you have wap it sounds like you mobile is ready to surf. You just need to get the pc to talk to it. This can be done by bluetooth if the pc and mobile have that or as I said before a communication cable. I use the usb port on the pc. If you dont have a cable do a search on ebay for usb sony erricson. It should come with the software to set it up. Then you just need an isp on your pc.
