To help you we need to know your current satellite set up, especially your dish size and receiver, if you have any.
There are lots of satellites, and packages, that show adult content but the most popular seem to be on Hotbird, 13E, check the satellite maps, on kingofsat, lyngsat, flysat, etc, to see which satellites you can receive and the size of dish required.
Alternatively someone near your location might be able to help with more detailed information.
