Try wrapping it in foil to see if it makes a difference.

I have today turned off the neighbours Digital phone and and my digital phone and I can now get all channels on 12480/V/27500 perfectly. As the neighbours phone is only about 1 year old and mine is only 3 months old, it seems stupid to replace them. Is there anything else that I can do to stop the interference. New and better receiver perhaps.

Move the phone base units - a few feet might make all the difference.

I have tried foil and moving the base stations to no avail.

Where is the dish in relation to the DECT units? You may find that a different LNB is less susceptible to the interference.

We experienced a similar problem when we moved to Spain. We found that although we got all the channels, there were some that were simply hopeless. After asking around and after trying everything we could possible think of. Somebody told us I might be another appliance or signal causing static. So we ended up buying an Anti-static rubber mat. It worked perfectly, I think the problem was something to do with interference?
