Can you receive Arirang ?

Can anybody receives korean channel Arirang on Hotbird 3 (13.0E) - 12207.00 H ? This is a FTA channel and my receiver is having problem
clearing it ! All other FTA channels are alright. Have they
change freq or something.

My Satellite Setup
Pace 2200 Sky digibox with ftv card, Comag SL65 FTA sat receiver, 40cm Sky minidish, Setpal terrestrial receiver (for free uk tv only!).
My Location
Midlands
Not trouble getting Airang here, 13E, 40cm dish! Channel found via blind scan, but correct details should be on www.satcodx.com.

(It's quite interesting, being oldish style continuous propganda, just endless happy smiley poeple ...... rather different content from most other channels!).
