Do you have cookies enabled?

Try clearing them and going back to PayPal - or try a different browser like Explorer.

Hope this helps.

PayPal are part of eBay so if that works the other should - try access from your eBay account....

I had a cookie problem, I cleared my cookies but still wouldn't log in, it gave an error (time out ) if I remember. I solved it by logging in on another computer then copying the cookie folder from that computer. Maybe it was luck but it worked for me.
Hope this helps HBP.
