Hi all i need to know if i can watch cartoon network and tcm on hotbird . i mean are they descrambled or not? and if yes what is their frequencies and codes thanks

went to see tps package chart at lyngsat but did not find cartoon network do you watch em yorself anywhere for free or discrambled ?
