Which port do i need to open in router to check status on cccam online far away from home but insides 2 dreamboxes 800

and where i need to put these ports in cccam too?

i will be setting up recordings a lot from 2 channels so i wana check if everything is fine

web interface is also openable online via port?

You need to get a dyndns account (or similar) so You can find Your hope ip adress using the net.
Then You can log in to the router and do what You like to do

I have domain but do i need to open 2 ports? for access to two dreams 800? and other one for web inteface?

You don´t need to open ports for internal use (the 800´s) so just use the dyndns to find IP and then log into the router with Your password
