Is Sportitalia open with the Dragon cam?

I would like to watch the playoff final but I have no picture at present, I'm using Predator 3.55.

SportItalia on 13E is FTA

It's also on TPS.

There also appears to be FTA feeds for the play offs on 16E, Britol Rovers Vs Shrewsbury was on 11142 H 5632, Blackpool Vs Yeovil was on 11168 H 5632, no commentary but you do get the crowd noise. If you check near kick off there might also be a feed of this game.
