Channel Download

Using my Samsung 9500 I am trying to do a manual download of the premier channels on - 11720 H, 27500. But am only getting one channel (sport 1) instead of the expected 10 or so which I get when doing a download on an echostar at the same location. Am I doing something wrong or have a setting wrong on the samsung. Help

Maybe obvious, but

1) Have you set the scan for FTA only

2) Are they already in the list, but maybe under different call signs ?

Its set to download all channels so no luck there
when we download on my brothers echostar they all come in,
what i am after are the NVOD channels or i think they can be called superdom
It just seems strange that the samsung does not pull them in from the sat download
any ideas?
