Channel Naming on Technomate 5500ci

Three channels recently swopped on Hobird
'Multivision8' became 'Eurosport'
'Eng Prem' (rolling advert for football onTPS) became 'Multivision8'
'Eurosport' became 'Eng Prem'

So, I thought I would rescan Hotbird and the channel names would update.
This didn't happen, I picked up a few more channels, but the original names remained.

I have since edited the name manually.

Is there a way to automatically update the names, or is this a feature (lack of)of the Technomate.

hi,

always d one mine manually,afterall its not that often channels change their name after being downloaded. i dont know of any other way.

have same stb the best way is to delete channels on hotbird and scan again saves hassel it's lack of feature's on tm5xxx stb's
