Dear members, I've bought this receiver at a local autcion site and looking for any infos - user or service manual.
I'll use the reciver as a positioner for a dish. First of all, i'll look through the PSU, check the everything works fine, and a manual would be very helpful.
The reciver looks very well made, and has an USA and EU version, from the google search i could find out.
I've found the Monteray 100c plus manual online, this is a similar rec., but since i don't have the oroginal remote, currently trying to find a programmable one that suits this box.
This is the europan version i've got: CHAPARRAL Cheyenne historický satelitní přijímač - Polička, Svitavy
On the archive site, there's some information, but no manual: Sierra and Cheyenne model receivers

Good luck. Last time I saw an operators manual was over 15 years ago.

I think the clients have already shrugged of their monteray coils.

The only universal remote that I can think of that may work is the one from Logitech, their harmony remotes are user programmable via a web site, you select the equipment you need to use and it downloads to the remote via a USB cable, and if they dont have a code that would work with the equipment you have, they will find one for you and send it to you via email.
