I only get this message:

but no links or anything else on which to click.
Is this a problem with my browser compatibility?
I'm using Netscape Communicator v4.04
And I'm behind a hefty firewall & proxy-server.

Or are you just not quite ready yet?

Yes,
...now I only get the usual Java errors that my creaking Netscape regularly gives me (my problem - I need to reinstall).

tried chat room today saturday using explorer 4 and it loaded up
fine but no one to talk to except somebody who didnt reply to me is this a bot?

when you've logged into the chat room , click float - this will bring the chat window onto your desktop, you can now surf any sites and chat at the same time.

You also have a forum inbox now and also ICQ so you can send a private message to other user and agree a time to chat.

Just an idea!!!

Yes this worked fine chris but i found after chatting about 20 mins that suddenly i did not receive any text replies while chating though the room still had the person i was talking to in it. Dont know what happened here.
