We have a communal garbage room in our building on the ground floor. In the room we have coloured bins to help with the recycling. Large carton boxes are not supposed to go there but several lazy tenants keep throwing their large boxes in any of the bins which take up valuable space in the bins and the municipality workers on their bi-weekly routine take them out of the bins and leave them on the floor making such a mess.
I keep posting requests that carton boxes should not go inside the garbage room but it is like talking to myself.
I want to know who these lazy ba***rds are and I am thinking of using a cheap cam recorder inside the garbage room.
I don't want live transmission as I can watch the recordings later on. Power should be with a battery only and for recording use an SD card.
Any idea which model I should consider?
Or if you would approach the problem differently?
24 hours guard is out of the question.
