not sure yet ??

Hi eveyone well i've read lots info and still none the wiser so i feel that plunging in at the deep end is the only way to learn but first i must get setup so can anyone recommend any dishes and stuff ?
What i do know is i'm getting the pace ds810 or humax 2000 if the update ever comes? and want a motorisied 80/90cm dish wth a digital twin lnb and maybe some cams and is it best to get a digital compass if your not so good on that sort of stuff .
I've priced up for that lot at around £200{without receiver} but seen cheaper however i really only want to buy once so i spend more on the right system .
thanks for your time

For a motorised system the bigger the dish the more channels you will receive.

You should buy the largest dish you can afford and a good solid T&K mount set.

I wouldn't bother with a digital compass - better of with a satellite finder. that will save you a lot of time.

Remember if the dish you buy is bigger than 90cm you should get planning permission.

Good Luck!
