coship receiver uptool does not work

My Satellite Setup
Coship Receiver CDVB2000B, CDVB3188B

P-IV, 512 MB DDR, 80 GB HDD, 915 MB, Com1,Lpt1,

hai,

I have coship uptool software version 2.0. I have the coship receiver CDVB2000B, CDVB3188A. I had connected the RS232 to Cable between Pc and Receiver. RS232 cable 2-2,3-3,5-5. when i run the uptool software and select the port Com1, i will connect the RS232 cable on Com1 Port. the software receive the Error message "Connection Failed". What to do? Please help me.

Gibertini OP 125 L, Smart Titanium lnb with CD-80 feedhorn, Moteck SG-2500, Azbox HD Premium+, some 5 meters of good quality coax

Sweden
The cable is obviously your problem,it's supposed to be connected like this:
2-3,3-2,5-5.
