Czech Link Reception in South UK

KAON MEDIA 911

Would welcome contact and help with reception of Czech Link in Hampshire UK
I have a basic system (KAON MEDIA 911) with 0.8m dish, receiving LUXE TV OK but has problems bringing in Czech or Slovka Link packages
Does anyone know this KAON MEDIA receiver? Probably cca. 2004 or how it does switch between low and high bands?

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.
My Location
Berkshire
You will need at least a 1m dish and probably a 1,2 for receiving Czech Link package in your location. There are a couple of other threads about this.
