Channel promoting premium rate phone chat lines for the Arabic countries.
Transmitting using a criminally low bit rate of just 300kbps! Therefore when the slides change it takes up to 5 seconds for the picture to stop pixellating.
If the channel operators read this you should be ashamed of yourselves for using such a low bit rate!
BTW - there was another channel called Dardasha that operated on 26E out of Saudi Arabia a few years ago. No idea if this is from the same operation....
