Heya.

I am trying to display my DB on my PC. The only output from the DB is a SCART connector of course, the only input on my PC card (Hauppauge WinTV) is either tuner or s-video. Whats the best/preferred way to hook these up so I can watch on my PC instead of the usual DB->TV via SCART->SCART?

Video streaming across your 10/100 network should do what you want (assuming you have one). Don't know much about it, only that it can be done.

Hiya,

You could add a video which are dirt cheap at the moment.

Scart to Scart on video then UHF out of the back of the video and pump it around the house - which is what I do.

Its useful to as the DB can be set to start the video recorder to start recording for films for your mates.

All the best.

OK, thanks both. Two cool ideas. I am still getting used to the DB, truly a flexible and remarkable piece of kit ...

Thanks!

To close this thread (thanks for the replies)

I bought a SCART plug with an S-Video connector on it, I think it was a Belkin pack, SCART plug and cables (S-video and phono's for audio) - Was 25 quids, painful but it works well.
