Dead Humax 5400

I have a Humax 5400 with a failed power supply. Can anyone tell me the values of Zener Diode ZD3 and Resistor R21 in the power supply. I have raised a technical querey with Humax but it may take 10 days to respond.

ZD3 = 30v, 1 watt
R21 = 100ohm fusible.

I had just managed to read the Zener (30 but the resistor was burnt to a crisp.
