Diablo cam light problem

Hi new to this satelite systems, could somebody help with the problem i have we have a diablo cam light, we receive premier chanels with no problem, but when we go on to the tequilla chanels sometimes they come up unscrambled and then disappear with no return, could somebody tell me the problem please

Gibertini 1.25m motorised dish driven by the AD3000, with either Inverto BU Quad or Norsat / XMW Ka LNBs . SMW 1.05m + 3 other dishes. Speccy: Promax HD Ranger+

Have you got the latest D + key$ in your Diablo? They change nearly every day - best to add them manually via the remote.

TPS change twice a day. Don't they? I put the new keys in last night at 10.20 and by 10.23, they'd changed. :D
