Diablo`s Twinbase and Vista how do I do it?

I am trying to get twinbase working with Vista ultimate but it just aint happening i`m not as teck minded as a lot of you guys and was wondering if there is a simple "how to" as I just can`t seem to get a driver working

The last drivers I can find, on their site, are Twinbase Manager 2.11, from 24/04/07, there is also an English users guide explaining how to get it working, but it doesn't mention if it's compatible with Vista.

I have just got it working as we speak....
I needed to edit the driver in 2,11 so I can confirm tbm and diablo will work with diablo.... hallalulia !
