different joker cam versions

Can any one explain to me the differences in the last 2 joker cam updates (v115 and 116). i.e. version 1.15 has seca and irdeto. fair enough version 1.16 has conax whereas 1.15 doesn't but why doesn't version the latest version have everything which the previous version has and extras such as conax?

My guess is that the reason is cam capacity. Regards.

I presume I'm probably better with version 115 then as this will open more channels on astra1 and hotbird with a 6-in-1 file.
