Hi, haven't used my sat for a long time so v sad to see all the French channels are gone - my wife is not happy! Don't think we'll be entering the keys every 30 mins!

Wanted to check whether there are some Franch channels still accessible - traditional channels like TF1, France2 etc or are these all covered by the same encryption/key changes as multiv* etc?
Thanks
Stylo

You can get all of the terrestrial channels on 5W, but TF1 is only available free to air with an analogue receiver, having said that, you can pick one up for a couple of pounds and use it on the loopthrough of your digital receiver. :)

The ones in red are analogue.

stylo,

i dont do keys myself, but tfi, m6, arte, and a few more are free on analogue on 5w, on the digital section there some national french channels free as well. one question do you have to change the keys every 30 mins, if so so for myself i dont think i could be bothered, once a couple of years ago i was interested in all that stuff, now i just settle for the art football card

Just found the basic French channels on 5 West - in analogue. If anyone knows where to find these FTA in a digital feed that would be a big help.
Thanks

cheers guys. Am using an A/D receiver so no problem to get the 5 West channels - just the quality is poor. Had looked at lyngsat but was worried might be missing something.
Thanks again
