Disappearing News channels

Morning,All.I've just lost CNN and SKY News from Free-To-Air 19.2E(Digital).Using Force DMaster 112S.On-Screen message "Channel not Found!"In addition could I pick up Fox News.Lastly,what more French channels are available without the need for a Card?(Any Freebies?!!).
