No experience of that one personally. Looks very like the Moteck SG2100, but I beleive it's different. The pictures I just checked out on the net look odd to me in that it has the cable connectors on the top of the body (water ingress?). It's almost as if the picture is upside down, but I don't think it is, because of the logo.

It's a good and respected brand name in the 36V motor field.

By far the most common motors are the Motecks, probably followed by the more expensive STAB range.

Avoid the real cheap and nasty stuff. The excellent Moteck can be had for around £45 - £50 now.

I agree with BGonaSTICK. The Moteck SG2100 works great on the 7020. It's the setup I've had for months now with no problems.

Hi Radicalrad.

Just had one thought - check the size and location of the dish. I've got a 80cm dish in a sheltered part of the garden ( away from any wind).

Cant say what the moteck is like if you live on the coast with a 1m+ dish on the chimney !

Are you a glass is half-empty type of person? He's winding you up!

Whether it is for Spain or the UK it might be a good idea to have a go at setting it up now. It isn't too hard and the Idiot's Guide tells you how to do it.
