Wavefield T55, 20 LNB's and a whole load of analogue boxes!

Close to Southampton
If I seal it up in a water-tight case is there any reason why I can't place my diseqc switch outside? Do they fare bad in the cold? Am I just been paranoid? Just wondered whether I could save myself drilling yet another whole through 10 inches of brick....

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Most of them are designed to go outside, many can be simply sealed at the F connectors with self amalgamating tape, units like the global, have a plastic sheath as water protection. The cold will have no effect whatsoever.
