skystar 2 pci echostar 3 dish satellite network 61.5 west

i got a question i got a dish lnb pro and whenever i connect it i get problems with it i get signal on my tv but on the card and my compuer i got a low singal and i thnik i lost transporders any help would be apprcieated

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Sorry I think we need a little more information, what do you have connect to the dish, what is it pointed at, when you connect to the computer, is it for internet or TV?
