Hi,

I had a motorised dish installed around 5 years ago, tried moving it to another satellite at the weekend and it just started giving no signal. Dish still moves when I try but it doesn't appear to be pointing the way I expect it to for the selected satellite.

I'm assuming the problem is that is needs realigning but I could be wrong. Is there anyone in the Merseyside area who does this ?

Thanks

If it's a DiSEqC motor, try sending it to zero via the menu, it may have simply got lost.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I've tried moving it to reference but I still get no signal when then moving it back to one of the satellites
