Dish set up in france

Hello all, just joined what a great site, its probably been asked before but here it goes, i am off to france for my hols to a campsite not to far from vierzon which is in the center of france,loire valley, i an wondering if a 60 cm dish would be adequate to pick up sky digital ? and what direction would i need to point it in i am taking my own dige box.

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Moved this to an appropriate section.

A 60cm should be OK for the Loire Valley, you will need to point it at 146 degrees, elevation of about 30 degrees, so the dish will be about 5 degrees off vertical.

You will need to fine tune the dish by very gently moving it as you watch the digibox signal display. a little sat-beeper type meter would help.
