I am needing help with the dish size i need for my place in villamartin, near torrevieja. I am not sure whether i can get away with a 1.8 andrews channel master, or if i will need a 2.4. Also, I have read that there are black-spots where it is very difficult to pick up H-transponders. I am hoping i will not be affected by this! Does anyone have any knowledge of the dish sizes needed in this area? Any advice would be much appreciated, as there is a hefty price difference between the 1.8 and 2.4 dishes!

I was told the main blackspots were around barcelona and valencia, i think you could get away with minimum 1.3 but i cant see you needing bigger than 1.8. Ask some of your neighbors or someone round the bar about their dish size to get an idea.
