Hi All

Council just given permission for a Dish, problem is,it can be no bigger than 60cm.

Is it worth motorising a 60cm dish, and what Satellites would I be able to receive?

I am in the North West of England with a pretty clear view.

Your advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Alan

Yes, you can still pull in a fair bit with a 60cm dish, make sure that you buy the best quality possible, as you need to squeeze as much as you can out of it. :)

Hi Alan, better quality dishes have better signal gain, I don't use too many 60cm dishes, so cannot give direct comparisons, but some of the best makes are Gilbertini, Technisat, Philips/Visiosat and Hirschman, I'm sure others can add to this, but there are a lot of very average dishes in circulation.

Middle range in my opinion, well made, but not as good as the ones I mention above. :)
