dish size

b4 i put up a 1 m dish can i get a smaller one to do the same job.

well if its for either astra or hotbird i had a 60 cm dish pointed at hotbird and picked up about 200 channels i uprated to a 1meter and picked up about 600+ so bigger is better really

Well, m8 it all depends on where you are and if there any obstruction. I am in london and with 60cm I get 800 tv and 200 radio stations but 50% is useless so I deleted most of them.

The bigger the dish the stronger the signal recived, and less chance of picture loss in bad weather.

i am in liverpool the blue 5/6ths.

just thinking what the wife would say i no i keep on telling her size doesn't matter but it looks like it does in this case.
...........i want a dish for prem footy like from turkey or further a field when italy goes murdoch!
