Dishes ( not meal dishes I mean satellite ones )

What are the recommended dishes SIZES for those :-
1- Hotbird
2- Nilesat
3- Arabsat

I m in the Arabian Gulf ( QATAR )

I get all the above 3 satellites on an 85cm dish, but nilesat on a clear day during fine weather and best during the night time hours, Both Nilesat @ 7W and Arabsat @ 26E tend to loose lock during rain.
