dm500s sound slurrrrred???

Hi...got a wee prob with my d-reem..sounds like fat harry white..

Ie sound is very slow...like playing a 45 on 78 for those that can remember vinyl!!!

checked all the obvious scarts etc..worryingly i have had this a few times now....is my box dying??

Any ideas??

OK problem solved...reflashed and all ok!!
Still be interested to know if anyone else has had this problem

The first time I flashed an image onto my DM500 I got this exact problem, was quite worrying seeing as I had just got the thing off ebay, but like yourself a re-flash sorted it.

Hi...the image i am using is gemini 4.1 (23.10.07)
The image i flashed with was just a back up i made about two weeks ago..

Well in my case it was over a year ago, and I just reflashed the same image (Gemini 3.30 I think) and it worked, so nothing to do with what version I was using. Not sure what I did different the second time!

Thanks redone and conorg for your feedback.

We had several reports that Gemini version 4.1 was buggy and it was replaced quickly with a later version.
My recommendation is to use the latest version 4.3, as the Gemini developers try to put new features all the time.
