I have included pictures of the card. The card is a Euromac card and is equipped with two chips, the first chip is a 24LC16B (it is small), the second chip which is bigger (much) is a PIC16C84-04/P. Any help is appreciated. Look at the post below this for a picture of the back of the card, the front one is attached to this post.
