My Satellite Setup
Sky Digibox+1.2M dish @28E, Digiquest 8000SCI with 2 80cm dishes 19.2E & 13E and Dragon CAM
My Location
(Mojacar) South-East SPAIN
Am new to this but fairly tech minded. I am about to buy a Dragon CAM, are there there any pros & cons for or against buying the later version?

New type cams are more expensive and the old ones do the job just great. So, I'd say go with the tried and tested.

they both use the same predator f/w so why different m8ty,in fact you get the other sim reader with new cam ,and i just got 1 for 52 (78eur)quid of fleabay

I should advice you to buy Dragon (Old one) but its upto you
choose what suits you.
