dreambox 500hd favs to dreambox 800hd se?

hi guys,

i have a dreambox 500hd and now i am getting a dreambox 800hd se , would i be able to transfer the favs of the dreambox 500hd to the dreambox 800hd se.

there both enigma2, just make a new folder on your PC, send from 500hd using DBedit, rename it then when the new 800hdse arrives send the file back over, re-load bouquets and re-start enigma2 for good measure. there are other methods but this way works for me 99.5% of the time

thanks mate , i had that feeling it was possible but i was not certain, dhl supposed to deliver today, they charged me £3.50 for admin , well thats what they were asking for with the text they sent me so i had to send them the money, still i have got a real good bargain

recieved the box, at the moment using the default skin, put dreambox 500hd channel lists in eventually got them in then put cccam in pictures now working, i just now need the right open pli image and that will be all done, i think i will do that some other time.

I recommend putting any additional image on a USB stick and enjoy the advantages of multibooting.
This way you will be able to test various images without disturbing the box's internal flash.
